For over two decades, I've walked the corporate corridors of giants like Oracle, Yahoo, and Optum, where I held leadership positions that steered teams toward excellence. Before i pivoted to fulltime coaching and consulting in May 2023, I served as a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Relias.

My journey is shaped by knowledge from the Ivy League institutions and the prestigious INSEAD, the world's top business school. Armed with this world-class education, I've had the privilege of managing thousands of talented individuals during my corporate career. My passion extends beyond management; it's about coaching and nurturing these individuals into formidable leaders themselves.

I've been fortunate to be personally mentored by the iconic Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. Through their guidance, I unearthed my innate talent for sparking action with the compelling art of storytelling.
